There is sad news coming out the music world today. Beastie Boys singer Adam Yauch has died at the age of 47. Adam Yauch, known back in his Beastie Boy days as MCA, had been suffering from salivary gland cancer for the past three years.

A feelgood fun time! That’s the best way to describe the crowd-pleasing new musical Nice Work If You Can Get It , starring the feelgood and crowd-pleasing Matthew Broderick ! The show is a new comedic piece based on songs from the Gershwins ample catalog, and it was skillfully written by Joe DiPietro. Kathleen Marshall did a fine job in directing the show.

If you’ve paid attention to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, or at least to the coverage of the celebrities who were hanging out there, you probably already know Emma Roberts was there as she showed up wearing something a lot more revealing than what she’s wearing here. It’s Coachella, though. I don’t really see the big deal.

I’ve been a big Natasha Bedingfield fan since she released her first album, “Unwritten”. I haven’t loved every single song she’s released (I’m very undecided on “I Wanna Have Your Babies”) but I’ve enjoyed the majority of her music. Although her career has seen a few ups and downs but I love the fact that she doesn’t seem to let any of the ‘downs’ get to her.

We were getting a little worried after seeing the solo shots of KStew this morning, looking a bit lonely riding solo without her man! But there she is, wrapped in her lover’s cold and sparkling arms! They look super into the music festival, taking in the sounds of Beirut in their matching baseball caps!!! We hope they had fun before they have to get back to work!! The both have a long summer of promotion ahead of them!
